Return & Refund Policy

1. Return on Delivery

If the product you receive is not as described or has a defect, you may return it immediately at the time of delivery. No questions asked.

2. Early Termination

You may terminate your rental early by informing us at least 7 days in advance. Refunds for unused rental periods will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Security Deposit Refund

Your refundable security deposit will be returned within 7 business days after the device is returned and inspected. Deductions may apply for damage.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Processing fees, delivery charges, and one-time setup fees are non-refundable once the rental has commenced.

5. Damaged Device Returns

If the device is returned with physical damage caused by the customer, the cost of repair will be deducted from the security deposit.

6. Cancellation Before Delivery

If you cancel your order before delivery, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
