1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Bangalore and surrounding areas. Please check availability for your PIN code during checkout.
2. Delivery Timeline
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. All other orders are delivered within 24 hours of confirmation.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery is completely free for all rental orders within our serviceable area. There are no hidden charges.
4. Delivery Verification
Our delivery executive will call you before arriving. Please ensure someone is available to receive the device and sign the delivery acknowledgment.
5. Device Check at Delivery
You are encouraged to inspect the device at the time of delivery. If any issues are found, you may return it immediately.
6. Pickup for Return
At the end of your rental period, our team will schedule a pickup from your address at no extra cost.
